Who we are
We are a multicultural family of five, currently living in Switzerland. Our household is a blend of different cultures and languages, with each of us having lived in at least two different countries. Among the four languages we speak, Arabic holds a special place in our lives. However, we have noticed that when we speak Arabic in public, people often turn their heads, and some even feel uncomfortable.
In today’s world, social media and the broader media have sometimes portrayed certain languages and cultures in a negative light. We believe that language should be a bridge, not a barrier. That is why we came up with the idea of creating t-shirts and other products featuring humorous and thoughtful Arabic phrases. Our designs aim to bring a smile to those who understand the language and spark curiosity in those who do not.
What does «Mish Mushkila» mean?
«Mish Mushkila» is the Arabic saying for «no problem». With our products we want to show that different languages and cultures are not something to fear, but something to embrace and celebrate.

As a family, we have always cherished the time we spend together, whether it is over dinner or during our adventures exploring new places. These moments are where our best ideas come to life. We wanted to channel this creativity into something meaningful that reflects our identity. By drawing on the famous embroidery styles from the Arab world and combining them with modern humor, we have created designs that are both unique and culturally significant.
Our ultimate goal is to challenge stereotypes and change perceptions. We hope that our products will encourage people to see the beauty in languages and cultures that might be unfamiliar to them.
